The questions people ask most
How do I know if I need therapy?
Therapy can help if you feel anxious, stressed, dissatisfied, or notice recurring difficulties in relationships. You don’t need a clearly defined problem — wanting to change or understand yourself better is enough.
Do I need to know what’s wrong before coming?
No. It’s enough to feel something isn’t right or to want to talk. Together, during our sessions, we’ll clarify what matters to you and where you want to go.
What if I find it hard to speak?
This is common, especially at the start. The pace adapts to you and to what feels possible to share in the moment. There’s no pressure to say more than you want.
How long does therapy last?
It depends on your needs and goals. Some come for a short time, others choose deeper, longer-term work. A single session lasts 60 minutes.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, I work both in person in Zagreb and online via video call.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, the work is grounded in confidentiality — everything shared stays between you and your therapist, except in exceptional situations defined by law.
If you feel therapy is something you need, you can reach out to me.
