This page explains how Centar Gregov collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this website, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data is collected
This website has no contact form and does not use cookies, analytics tools or any other visitor-tracking tools. Only the data a visitor voluntarily sends by e-mail or shares by phone is collected — for example a name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of an enquiry.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of: consent given by the visitor when sending an enquiry; the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received; and taking steps at the request of the person getting in touch before any service (e.g. a session) is arranged.
Purpose of processing
Data is used solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries and arranging and carrying out therapy sessions.
Retention period
Data is kept only for as long as is necessary to respond to an enquiry or carry out an agreed service, and in line with obligations arising from the psychotherapy profession's rules and applicable law.
Recipients of data and third parties
The Contact page embeds a Google Map (Google Maps) via an iframe to show the location — when it is displayed, Google may process the visitor's IP address in line with its own privacy policy. Web fonts on this site are loaded locally (self-hosted), without using any external font-CDN service. Visitors' personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restrict the processing of your data;
- object to the processing of your data;
- lodge a complaint with AZOP, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, the supervisory authority in Croatia.
