Work focused on understanding inner experiences and patterns. Anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions and feeling overwhelmed. Sessions are usually weekly, or as we agree, and they follow your pace and what matters to you at the time. The aim is a space where you can speak openly, without judgment.

Work with young people
Support through identity development, decision-making and change — quarter-life crises, study, work and relationships. The work is shaped around the stage of life young people are in, with respect for their autonomy and pace. It suits teenagers and young adults feeling pressure around choices, independence or the people around them.

Couples therapy
Understanding the relationship and communication between partners, recognising patterns and strengthening mutual understanding. I work from a systemic approach: the relationship is seen as a whole, not a sum of individual difficulties. Sessions are equally open to both partners and rest on neutrality and confidentiality.

What it looks like
From first message to working together
01
Reach out
Send an enquiry by email or phone. You don’t need to know in advance what’s troubling you — wanting to talk is enough.
02
First session
This session is about getting to know each other and understanding why you’ve come. A space to ask questions and see if the way I work suits you.
03
Working together
Sessions last 60 minutes, usually weekly. Pace and rhythm are adapted to you and your goals.
If you feel therapy is something you need, you can reach out to me.
The first step is the simplest — a short message. We build everything else together, at your pace.
